If I have a threat that is at distances where that would be necessary (25 yards plus) I can probably run away and don't have to engage, unlike LEOs who are sworn to Protect and Serve. My shotgun is going to be used for HD purposes or bird hunting/trap/skeet shooting and the need to change out ammo on the fly doesn't really apply to those situations for me. Me, as a regular civilian, I'm not out patrolling the streets for BGs. I think it has more applicability in the LEO world where LEO may have to confront a threat at distances beyond which buckshot is effective (say beyond 25 yards) and then they might need to change out ammo to engage that threat. Interesting idea, but in my world and application, the cases where I'd be doing that that are slim indeed. Click to expand.I just got around to watching the video and I see what you're referring to.
